Abstract [eng] |
In this work a brief and research of most popular non-invasive methods for fruit ripeness level determination is presented. Overview of the following methods was done: spectroscopy, ultrasound measurements, impedance measurements, electronic nose and image processing. In the methodical part selection of the fruits that are suitable for research was performed. The level of methods effectiveness for non-invasive ripeness estimation was evaluated for ultrasound measurements, image processing, spectroscopy and impedance measurements. For the final research spectroscopy and impedance measurements were chosen because of their high reliability level. To perform deeper analysis of these methods design of fruit ripeness estimation platform was done. Measurement repeatability analysis for the designed platform was performed. Finally, the measurements and analysis of the results were done. |
