Abstract [eng] The aim of this master's project is to evaluate the parameters of efficient deposition of silver nanoparticles on porous silicon. Porous silicon used in the project was formed by changing the electrochemical etching parameters, such as the concentration of hydrofluoric acid (HF) in the electrolyte and the current density values. The pore size, optical properties and water contact angle of porous silicon were evaluated.
