The company for viscose and acetate fabrics dyeing with the output of 11 million of meters per year was designed. In this technological line the man-made fiber fabrics were dyed with disperse, active and direct dyes in three different colors. Viscose, acetate and mixed fabrics were dyed in black, blue and red-blue colors, respectively. The sequence of fabric dyeing and finishing technology were selected and technological modes were created. The required equipment’s was selected and their amount was calculated. The calculations of raw materials, chemicals and steam, electrical energy, water expenditure were done. The construction solutions and the structural structure of the building were indicated. The product cost and the company's profit were calculated. The environmental and occupational safety, and health assessments were analyzed. In the graphic part of the work is submitted four drawings: the plan of the construction territory, the plan of the production premises, the section of this premises and the scheme of technological line. |
