In this master's final degree project, a tar visbreaker with an inter-regeneration period of 1.5 years has been designed. The paper presents data on the raw materials and the product processed during the process, ensuring the best possible yields. Based on this data, the technological line of the device, which ensures the flow of 250 t / h raw material, has been designed. The operating room of the device has been designed, as well as the plot showing the layout of the equipment. The project provides data on the company's economic and financial calculations, assesses the potential and existing health risks of employees, and performs an environmental assessment. |
