Abstract [eng] As the velocity of business increases, the employees in IT area companies must gain not only IT or programming knowledge to work in a high-quality manner. The employees have not only to be experts in computer science, but also the area where the product is being created or the service is being provided. The company 28Stone specializes in the area of developing derivative financial instruments trade platforms, and the most of requirements coming from clients are described in financial slang on how the derivatives trading platforms should work; moreover, clients are not always capable of explaining the said slang themselves. This understanding of how derivative financial instruments function are niche competencies that are difficult to gain and not so easy to transfer, so the solution is being searched for on how to prepare the specialists in a quick and effective manner using the company's internal resources. This way a lot of costs would be saved when not hiring outside training consultants and not buying training. Moreover, when the internal learning system is created, it would develop an opportunity for multiple usages, which the training with external consultants do not have. The problem that the master project is solving is the lack of company's employees' competencies in trade with derivative financial instruments. The goal of the project is to create measures to assure financial risk management competencies for company's employees according to company's experience and the projects that have already been implemented. The results that have been achieved and the successful creation of an online learning system for derivatives trading and the configuration in Moodle environment are witnessed by an installation declaration from the company and the employees' survey results.
