Abstract [eng] |
This work describes the development of an electric motorcycle system and the study of its adjustment. The instroduction discusses vehicle issues. The aim of the work is also set, the tasks that will be preformed during the master`s thesis are reviewed. The master`s thesis is divided into the following parts: literature review, design part and experimental research. The literature review describes the manufacturers of electric motorcycles, examines their parameters and specifications. The speed controllers and battery types used in the assembly of electric motorcycles are reviewed. In the theoretical part of the study, the mechanical power per electric motorcycle wheel is calculated. Based on these calculations, the electric motorcycle speed controller, electric engine and battery specifications are selected. The design part describes the assembly process of an electric motorcycle. Battery cell capacity charging and discharging tests are performed. Based on these experimental studies, cells are selected for final assembly. In the experimental part of the research, the tuning of the electrical motor hall sensors is performed, a mathematical model of FOC control is created. Speed and currents controllers adjustment are performed by selected tiuning method. |
