In this research work the analysis of Kaunas cogeneration power plant technological process as a control object is performed, steam boiler drum pressure automatic control system is developed and investigated by modeling, which uses turbine pressure disturbance compensation and evaluates different types of burned fuel: waste and natural gas. Based on the technical documentation and monitoring data of the operating boiler technological parameters, models of controlled process and control systems were created and implemented in the Matlab Simulink software environment. The tuning of the feedback PID controller was performed, algorithms of compensators of different complexity were developed and their tuning parameters were determined. Compared operation of control systems with and without compensator while maintaining the pressure setpoint when the system is affected by changes in the calorific value of incinerated waste and turbine pressure disturbances. Investigated influence of the discretization step of control algorithms on control quality indicators. Research results and conclusions are presented. |
