Abstract [eng] Financial technologies include digital innovations and technologies that enable business model innovation in the financial sector. Such innovations change the established rules in the markets and have a devastating effect on industrial structures and industrial boundaries. Disruptive financial technology innovations in markets provide new business opportunities, democratize access to financial services. Such technologies initiate major economic changes in existing markets and value networks, usually disrupting the current situation, replacing incumbent market leaders, products. The FINTECH ecosystem is a network of interoperable organizations, such as suppliers, manufacturers, competitors and other stakeholders, providing valuable goods and services to customers who are themselves members of the ecosystem. FINTECH ecosystems are critical to fostering the technological innovations needed by financial markets and systems, making them more efficient and improving the overall customer experience. Regulators are important participants in the ecosystem, actively supporting the contribution to innovative results, increasing social welfare in the FINTECH sector, and thus their role becomes inevitably important for the development of the ecosystem.
