In this masters degree project analysis of four different suppliers replaceability potential according to materials technical properties was carried out. During the research materials from different suppliers with similar properties were evaluated according to adhesion force. During the research adhesive layer strength dependancy from time and soubstrate was measured. According to the data gathered during the research supplier replaceability analysis was carried out. In the technological process planning part of the project technological manufacturing diagram was made, equipment and processes were selected according to the technological task and year plan for production printing. Equipment quantity, employee count ad area required for the task to be completed were calculated. According to manufacturing area calculations plant plans were made. Technological process quality control, health risks and precautionary measures to avoid incidents were evaluated. Financial and economical calculations, which reflect enterprises effectiveness according to the selected manufacturing plan were made. Investment costs, sources, direct and indirect expenses which are needer for manufacturing, product price, revenue and profits were evaluated. A diagram reflecting to which point the enterpresise will be working beneficialy was presented. |
