This thesis is a theoretical overview of the types of truck, truck wheel, tire parameters, composition and weight proportions. Analysis of various lifting mechanisms introduced various actuators, which can be adapted to the lifting mechanism in order to automate these. Also consider concrete examples already designed mechanisms and establish requirements and desired properties for the lifting mechanism. In the practical part of this paper work to perform calculations that are necessary for structural decisions: forces, loads, length and other; plotted hydraulic diagram and designed the lifting mechanism of spare wheel. In research part done in simulation, verified and tested structure, its strength. According to the results of simulation, has been performing of the relevant solutions and improvements. Studies were also conducted preliminary economic calculations and deemed cost to mechanism. |
