Abstract [eng] In this Master degree report \" Peculiarities of Niche Garment Development \" it is examined contemporary looks of the nightclub staff, also potential and existing problems. It examines how modern night clubs presents themselves to the public through clothing along with the best particular materials to apply for the niche collection designing. The first chapter describes the theoretical analysis of the impact of how modern music impacts personal development, how does person reacts to harmonic and disharmonious sounds and what may be the consequences. Also analysis of new dance music and its performers, the club music styles and the scene images of the DJ‘s. What is more the most recent discoveries in the textile industry, innovative fabrics and their application, and clothing, hygiene, hygroscopic indicators. The second chapter comes with the research methodology, which is used to make a subjective evaluation and quantitative research methods. Subjective study aims are to evaluate the examples of quality indicators. The quantitative study - to figure out nightclubs employees’ opinions in regarding of the worn clothes at work, quality and other consumer needs. In the third chapter the results of the analysis are collected, analysed, processed and performed. The fourth chapter is made of the concept formation and innovative materials applying along with subjective study results made of niche collection ‚‘no sleep‘‘, as well as the latest scientific inventions and scientifically invented products. The fifth chapter discusses the created clothing collections realisation capabilities, also the products structure. The collection is designed and will be implemented in the ,,X‘‘ nightclub, as well as for the future it is planned to complete the collection and deliver it to the public while presenting it at the various fashion events. The information which was analysed gave the opportunity and possibility to create a niche collection which is created for the employees’ image in the modern night clubs. By applying innovative materials it will improve the comfort of employees at work. In total of 18 models ,,no sleep’’ collection for nightclub staff to wear at a different parties, the 1 primary collection model was held along with the photo session. There is a business plan completed of the niche product introduction to the market. This business plan meets the direction of the project and defines all completed plans.
