The final project describes the web offset. The prints that are investigated in the final project research are printed at company “Spaudos kontūrai”. After completion of the research, factors of print quality parameters calculated, i.e. CMYK colour ink optical density, ∆E difference, calculated according CIE L*a*b system coordinates, dot area and print uniformity in whole print run, were presented. In this way, the best interaction of materials (paper and ink) is determined. Measures are performed using special spectrodensitometer – “X-RiteColor”. According to the project part of the periodical technical characteristics calculated the necessary equipment and employees, and calculated the required production areas. Production process of periodicals is not only complicated, but also dangerous, therefore carried out professional risk assessment and determine possible damage agents and protective measures to prevent it. In economical-financial calculation section cost of unit (print) ant payback time were calculated. Calculated and presented graphically turning point that shows what quantity of production to be sold and that the operation would be profitable. At the final project end submitted conclusions and recommendations. |
