Business process modeling is very subjective activity. The models that modeler creates depends on the experience he has. The time for model creation depends on the experience and also on the complexity of the organization that is being modeled. In this research there is review of libraries that could help create business process models. This research proposes to create a new version of library, a structured library. It saves information about business process: what kind of activities and execution order it has. In experiment part the structured library is created and tested in business process modeling. When modeling business processes the part of the activities are used from the library. When using these processes there is no need to model them because you can access their structure from the library. So this new type of library saves modeling time because library processes can be reuse many times and there is no need for their modeling. Also over the time processes in the library will be refined and become as standards used in many projects. |
