The master’s thesis project analyses the process of image transfer on textile by means of heat transfer technology. The processes of technological implementation and specificity of heat transfer are also designated. The theoretical part of research examines the published research analyses and provides the research conclusions concerning the influence of parameter ratio of technologies (thermal pressing time and temperature) used in the process of heat transfer on the adhesion quality. The quality control, safety and environmental product design requirements and capabilities are further overviewed. The part of economic estimations and technological design provides calculations on the output and the required production capacity as well as the costs ensuring a profitable activity of an undertaking. The payback period of investment in the project is planned. |
