In the investigation of air compressor control system, it chooses the “HV turbo single stage air compressor”. We are considering in this the parallel air compressors which are coupled with the three-phase squirrel cage induction motor for the power supply. By considering the measurement values we identified the two types of algorithms, performance characteristics of Volumetric flow and power are designed in “Matlab Simulink” and also how the input power, output power, volumetric flow rate, Energy and Efficiency are calculated at different load positions. And the parallel air compressors are maintained under constant pressure. In this two Simulink models are created with the results and schematics diagram is included mainly in this report. Chapter 1-2 deal with, about the air compressor and types. In this we use the HV turbo compressors are explained in detail. Chapter 3 deals with the components of compressor. Chapters 4-5 are the schematic representation and algorithm’s has been identified, Simulink model has designed by using the measured values and performance characteristics. |
