Aim of this master degree work is to analyze usage possibility of this robotic measurement system in measuring quality of a laminated chipboard processing. Equipment used for the experiments: Industrial robot ABB IRB1400 and Logitech C615 webcam. Application written in C++ is used for controlling all the experiments. OpenCV libraries are used for computer vision. Research object is laminated chipboard panels with different diameter holes formed on the surface. At this Master paperwork report there is a survey of current measuring systems, used lighting techniques, used measuring methods, finding what causes visual distortions and how to correct them. For exchanging information between industrial robot and personal computer communication interface is created. Created method for converting pixels to real life metric system dimensions is analyzed and tested. Best ways to detect parts and holes dimensions is found using experiments. For detecting defects in hole edge method is created and finding reliability of this method using research. And main factors influencing of system measuring tolerance is described. |
