Abstract [eng] |
The present Master’s thesis seeks to develop (establish) a classical/ optimal regulator‘s gain to the specific saline preparing system . As a starting point, recent problems of the system and new goals was presented. Despite of the huge amount of regulators tuning rules and literature it is known relatively little how practically to look at complex process and moreover – establish . Thus, on the basis of both a study of the literature and analysis of the empirical data collected through process research, this thesis established a conjunction between empirical modeling and simulation results of preoblematic process and on-site results with focus on best process control algorithm creation. As a result, an existing system was adjusted by adding PID regulator and tested on-site with typical environmental conditions and errors to have proven its effectiveness of control algorithm‘s choice. |
