Abstract [eng] The design of 2 DOF parallel robot is presented in masters final work. There are also presented the history of the development of parallel robots, their application areas in this work as well as parallel robots structures. The kynematic analysis of the robot is accomplished using Matlab programme. The research of static characteristics of created model of 2 DOF parallel robot are accomplished using SolidWorks programme. It is also made strength calculations of robot model. There is also made the singularity analysis in this work.
