Analyzing the work of scientists who have studied the promotion of creativity, has been noticed a trend, that scientists says little about how educational institutions should enable teachers creativity in preschool institution. Throughout the management literature main attention is focused on creativity, which appears due to individual employee and the various aspects, such as management style and work organizing interaction. In scientific researches main attention is focused on business organizations, but less researches is analyzing the specific educational organization employee creativity empowerment experience. Research problem question – What are the management tools and how to enable teachers creativity in pre-schools? The object of research - manager activities, allowing teachers creativity. The goal: to identify pre-school institution managers activities, enabling teachers creativity peculiarities. Tasks: 1) to substantiate pre-school institution manager activity, enabling teachers creativity, principles and structure; 2) to substantiate pre-school institution manager activity, enabling teachers creativity, research methodology; 3) to identify the \"X\" pre-school institution manager activities that enable teachers creativity peculiarities. |
