For getting master‘s degree projection task was chosen to make a mechanism suitable for all farms in the world. The aim of the mechanism is to improve farm results by improving the quality of forage. The mechanism which is being created is an innovation in the world. Market analysis is given in the first chapter of this paper- desirability of the mechanism in Lithuania is identified according to data by Lithuanian Department of Statistics. Also two easels of researches, which were created and made in different constructions, but working similarly, are shown in this paper. Both easels are working in static mode under the sway of gravitation. The aim of first easel is to measure the resistance of pressed grass. Second easel helps to identify the tension of cutting dry grass. Having results of both experiments helps to make calculations, following which, standart operating elements are chosen and mechanical construction is created. Power of structural elements are calculated by using Solidworks software for dimensional designing. Sensors, gears, bearings are being chosen, control algorithm and scheme of switching elements are made. Moreover, formation of kinematic shemes as well as control algorithm and structural control scheme are being created. The device is not fully done, the calculations of details durability should be given and the code of programme control should be written. This paper consists of 3 parts. In the end of each chapter important conclusions are given and based on them, new goals are being set. |
