Abstract [eng] Juvenile delinquency problem still remains one of the most urgent problems all over the world. According to the Department of Statistics (2015), in the past few years, the Republic of Lithuania minor offenses committed number is growing: in 2012, 3127 made a criminal offense in 2013 - 3126 and 2014 juvenile offenses committed estimated at least 3386, so it can be stated, the juvenile delinquency problem remains acute. In order to reduce juvenile crime and seek effective solutions to overcome the vicious and ill-formed child's behavior, providing them with comprehensive assistance, it is necessary to create a sustainable and harmonious functioning of resocialization system. Children's socialization center is educational in nature, the disciplinary body, which aims to improve the child's behavior formed vicious, provide comprehensive assistance to help solve the problems of Personality and exit successfully integrate into society. This educational nature center accommodated children by a court decision from 14 years of age, but no more, until the child reaches the age of 18 years. The average child care facility can be given sooner if the child's behavior poses a serious risk to the health of other persons, or the safety of their property, but only in exceptional cases (Minimum and Medium Care Act, 2007). As noted, the socialization centers in Lithuania does not have a long operational experience, and the organization of research institutions is only a begining. In this context, there is a lack further research to be focused on socialization centers, the children resocialization, organizational issues it.
