| Abstract [eng] |
The main purpose of this investigation is to check and analyze measurement dynamic characteristics of automated test system. At the first part is literature analysis about automated test systems and how they are defined. Getting familiar with SATS automated test system, its architecture and self-test. Also analog input and output module discussed. After analysis methodology of investigation is defined. During signal and noise ratio analysis nonrandom noises were found on captured waveforms. At last part of thesis there are comments about the results of investigation. From results conclusions about test systems dynamic measurements capabilities and proposal of further test systems investigation were discussed. |
