Abstract [eng] From various conducted research it is known that there are professions that tends to experience professional burnout. School teachers is one of them. Currently teachers have not only to constantly change their role in the educational process, but to personally inspire school society for creative, effective work, which is organized using various ICTs. Constant rush and efforts to keep up with these technologies induces stress. Even advanced ICT users have to constantly adapt and frequently improve their skills, to be able to ever more complicated systems and higher productivity demands. These are the causes of technostress – stress that stems from inability to adapt and to use ICT. Thus school can become a difficult place to work in, especially if there are no proper emotional and professional support. This research is based on the main question – how the use of ICT in schools affects professional burnout in teachers?
