At these days everyone understands that IS are becoming more and more important at every area. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems became very popular among business enterprises. Many companies are offering integrations or solutions of these systems and many of them are often confronted with various difficulties, such as integration of existing enterprise systems with IS into the common business processes. This paper is focusing on small and medium enterprises which already has or are using old ones and ineffective systems. A problem has arisen: which system or solution to choose to cover all enterprise requirements of controlling business processes and data. At this paper will be analyzed few solutions to solve this problem and the best available option – install CRM system and extend it with accounting functions for enterprise – was chosen. For solving this problem there were analyzed processes at the small and medium enterprises and most common requirements. After doing that there was prepared project for experimental implementation of solution. The experiment was done at the real enterprise to confirm that the chosen solution is effective and gives right results. To prove that there analyzed the results after release of the project at the enterprise also there was done a survey about new system at the same enterprise. All parts of this paper are about this work. First part writes about analyzing of systems, solutions and enterprises. Second part reveals requirements of the project. At the third part the project of the improvements are provided. Last parts of the paper are about experiment and the results of it and at the end of the paper all the conclusions are revealed. The experience, gained during this work could be useful for solving problems of choosing right system type for the enterprise and then about implementing system to the enterprise requirements. |
