The thesis consists of the introduction, three parts, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and apendices. The first part overviews the theoretical framework of leadership, definitions, styles, legal documents which define teachers' leadership activities at school as well as the areas of the preconditions and manifestation of leadership. The second part covers the methodology of the research. The third part presents the results of the survey, their analysis and discussion, recommendations how to develop the preconditions and manifestation of vocational teachers' leadership in Kaunas N vocational training centre. |
