Abstract [eng] Self-levelling mortar – it‘s a multicomponent system which is consist not only usual, but also rare and expensive materials. If you want to get a high class mortar, firstly it must be produced from good quality materials. Also it is very important that all materials system will work perfectly together, that means granulometry. It’s one of the most important screed characteristic. Due to such a large interest for one of the most expensive dry mixture in this master’s final work I deal with different inert aggregates, which can be recycled raw materials. In this work I will present a variety of different aggregates and recycled raw materials, such as limestone and monomineral quartz sand changing variants to polimineral quartz sand, ground quartz sand, glass, granite, dolomite and zeolite. Some of these aggregates are garbage received by other industrial processes. If experiment results are positive, that means, that this kind of mixture is not only became cheaper, but also it solved these waste management problems. Following the test specifies in relevant standards from all mentioned aggregates replacement options best results gave ground dolomite, replacing previously used in system calcium carbonate. After many tests it turned out full replacement of limestone to ground dolomite, or if it would be about 85% the amount of limestone in mixture, it would get better test results. By the way the dry mix will be about 7-10% cheaper.
