A new brewery has been designed in Moletai district municipality, with a total production capacity of 1.8 million liters of beer per year. Three types of beer are being designed - German Ale (alk. 5,0% vol.), Baltic Porter with cinnamon and orange peel (alk. 6,0% vol.) and English IPA (alk. 5,5% vol.). Moletai district municipality was chosen to design a new brewery. Moletai district municipality has allocated a plot for business development. The plot is located in Moletai city. German Ale beer production will require 116902 kilograms of malt, 724978 liters of water, 2874 kilograms of hops and 6096 liters of yeast per year. The production of beer Baltic Porter with cinnamon and orange peel will need 116902 kilograms of malt, 724978 liters of water, 2826 kilograms of hops and 6096 liters of yeast, 96 kilograms of cinnamon and 5808 kilograms of orange peel per year. The production of English IPA beer will consume 151105 kilograms of malt, 705710 liters of water, 6450 kilograms of hops and 6096 liters of yeast per year. The production line of the designed brewery consists of 70 devices. Created HACCP program in brewery. This project is economically beneficial. The estimated payback period of the project is 4.73 years and the profit rate is 0,08%. This Master‘s final degree project consists of 163 pages with 87 tables and 18 figures. The drawings are presented on a 594 x 840 mm sheet. |
