Abstract [eng] Light-transmitting concrete is one of the most innovative and least researched materials. This concrete has a number of advantages over conventional concrete, so it is important to study and analyze light-transmitting concrete in order to make the most rational use of its properties. During the research work, light-transmitting concrete samples were produced using acrylic rods to investigate the main properties and to determine the effect of different amounts of fiber in the concrete. The master's final project consists of the following parts: literature review and conclusions, description of research methods, sample production process, discussion of results and areas of application, final conclusions of the work. The review part discusses the application possibilities of light-transmitting concrete, the properties of the main materials, possible production technology methods, the main properties of light-transmitting concrete. The methodological part describes the course of all performed research. The selected sample production technology and the course of the production process are described below, the obtained results are discussed and analyzed, and conclusions are presented. In this work, the following properties of light-transmitting concrete were investigated: compressive strength, conductivity to light flow before and after aging in an ultraviolet chamber, water absorption and resistance to frost. Also, the granulometric composition of the aggregates, the density, slump-flow, viscosity of the self-compacting concrete mix, and the amount of air in the mix were determined by laboratory tests.
