Master's Final Degree Project is based on experimental research, during which the influence of formwork surface parameters on the quality of concrete surface needs to be determined. The main purpose of this project is to treat the worn surfaces of formwork panels in different ways and to determine their influence on the quality of concrete. Methodology of work: analysis methodology of technical literature, experimental research. The section of literature analysis describes the main formwork systems, their requirements during transportation or operation, the main characteristics of the formwork surface, taking into account their vertical assessment, their possible laying and protection measures. In order to determine the criteria of formwork surface, the analysis of methodologies in other countries being determined. The experimental study requires three types of formwork panels to determine the main characteristics of their surface, which can affect the quality of concrete surface. During the concreting process concrete of constant consistency being used, formworks surface are covered with various formwork oils, which are diverse in the construction sector and which can be varied for surface improvement. After concreting process formworks are removed, the analysis of the color variation, pores size and other parameters being analyzed and what influence does formwork oils or formwork surfaces had. Based on the discussed methodologies of other countries, the results of the samples are evaluated. During Master's Final Degree Project there were made 50 tables, inserted 47 pictures and were used 36 literature sources. |
