The relevance of the topic of the Master's Final Degree Project is determined by the fact that in 2020, in the context of COVID-19 epidemic, large part of business have more of less introduced tools of virtual work, therefore the factors related to the virtual work communication results become relevant. The problem is analysed in the master's thesis - what are the factors to maintain communication in virtual work? The object of the work is the factors of communication in virtual work. The aim of the work is to analyse and identify the factors of communication in virtual work. Methods used in the work: systematic, logical analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey method, statistical data analysis methods. The results of the research revealed that the factors of communication organization are related to the following results of communication in virtual work: work results; availability of information to employees; work organization factors related to the following results of communication in virtual work: workflow, work results; job flexibility, cost savings; technology-related factors related to the following outcomes of communication in virtual work: workflow; job flexibility, cost savings, availability of information to employees. Work organization factors affect the results of communication in virtual work more strongly than organizational or technology-related factors. It is concluded that the following factors are not included in the model of virtual work communication factors: people; formal / informal communication; employee motivation; the existence of rules on the use of technology; providing tools for virtual communication. |
