Selection of staff is a significant part of management of human resources. Work efficiency of employees of many modern organisations depends on the system of selection of human resources, the purpose of which is to find, select and engage candidates, corresponding to all requirements to work in particular organisation. During selection of staff, one the most suitable person from potential applicants is being selected to perform a particular work. The main goal of staff’s selection into state service position is to ensure finding and employment of qualified employees. It is necessary to emphasize that functioning, regularity and efficiency of the system of all state services directly depend on properly executed process of staff selection. The selection of state officers in public sector is a very important process, determining quality of public administration and public services, therefore it is necessary to know ways of selection, acceptance and conditions in case to pretend to state service. . |
