The paper analyzes the class of magnetoelectric materials in the context of complex oxide thin films. Properties and synthesis methods are discussed. Based on the scientific literature, the properties and application of thin films of magnetoelectrics are described. Methods for the synthesis of complex oxide thin films were analyzed. Based on the scientific literature and the peculiarities of the precipitation device, the optimal conditions for the formation of cobalt chromite thin layers were selected. Based on the scientific literature, the research methodology of the obtained thin films and the methods of their structure identification have been developed. |
