Abstract [eng] |
The completed master's thesis reviews the literature related to the product - reviews of electric skateboard constructions, identifies construction solutions used by competitive manufacturers, materials and technologies used to implement these solutions. Also the first prototype was produced, its shortcomings and proposed improvements are also reviewed. In the next section, a study of the design of an electric skateboard prototype is performed. The manufactured prototype was used for this research and tensor resistor measuring equipment was developed. The manufactured measurement equipment was calibrated by testing the prototype in a dynamics laboratory using a Tinius Olsen H10KT test machine. An investigation of the loads acting on an electric skateboard under operating conditions was performed. The obtained results were further used in the design phase of a new prototype for finite element analysis. The construction of the next prototype was designed, strength analysis was performed, the obtained stiffness and the weight of the construction saved was compared to the first prototype. |
