The teachers' professional competence is one of four competencies of the teacher's profession, the development of which is particularly important for the teacher's daily work. The article presents the results of the quantitative research in order to disclose how the existing qualification improvement system meets the needs of teachers' professional competence development and to identify the need for the change in the development of the teachers' professional competence. |
