This article, based on the carried out scientific researches' data of late decades, tries to reveal the actuality of the phenomenon of exam fear and opportunities of solving this problem. In this article there is analyzed an actual exam fear phenomenon characteristic of different aged students from various countries and social classes. Exam fear is presented as a constituent part of the complicated phenomenon of school fear, emphasizing educational factors of its overcoming. Exam fear is also presented as a process and as a state. Exam fear's expression is linked to the educational (the exam system, terms of testing, the pedagogical competence of teachers and learning to learn), psychological (temperament of learners, sex, age, cooperative skills, training of self-confidence, and acquisition of the personal autonomy), managerial factors (daily timetable, ways of spare time spending, planning of time, communicative skills, creation of working atmosphere) expression.
