The aim of the article is to investigate digital divide between regions (countries) of the Republic of Lithuania. The main problem solved in this article is digital divide which exists between regions of the Republic of Lithuania. Therefore it is important to measure digital divide in different regions. The analysis of scientific literature, comparative and logical analysis, methods of induction and synthesis, linear correlation analysis and factor analysis were used in order to analyze the conception of digital divide, to create rank of digital divide in the regions of Republic of Lithuania and to find a relation between regional policy and reduction of digital divide.
