The Final Master's project provides an overview of the Artificial Intelligence Chatbots development tools for websites. Scientists have underestimated the complexity of human language for decades, so the development and adaptation of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots for human language is not very successful. It is difficult for computers and machines to understand the infinite variability of sentence expression, individual words, and their different endings of human language. This thesis analyses the consumers' survey, provides an overview of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots technologies used for the development, by creating two working examples and placing them on the selected website. Both Chatbots were personalized and tested using a training feature. The advantages and possibilities of using each tool are reviewed. It has been determined what functions and methods can be used to create Artificial Intelligence Chatbots. The study also analyzed how the Natural Language Processing function works in the selected tools. The technological process of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots development has been designed, production time calculated, equipment and applications selected, the number of required employees calculated, production premises designed, technological process quality control, and work safety measures planned. To determine the efficiency of the company, economical calculations were performed and the environmental friendliness of the selected technology was assessed. |
