Job seeking and finding employees in a fast changing information and technology society is important because of the quality of the job, professional development and the discovery of new opportunities. Various tools can be used to improve serarch of job and employees. In this case, remote job and employees search is useful, which is implemented in the content management system Wordpress, adapting not only to job and employee search, but also to distance education. The master's project provides information on the need for distance learning when looking for a job. Job / employee search systems in Lithuania and Germany were also analyzed, a comparison was provided, and criteria were discussed. According to the discussed criteria, what is important for job seekers has been determined. Described content management systems wich can be used to create job / employee search systems. A job search system has been created and a description of the design of the created website has been provided. „Job / employees search system“, users can search for a job, employees, read relevant material, educational material, play a German word search game, and interact on a discussion forum or social network on Facebook. The research of the created job / employee search system was also performed in the The master's project , presenting the research results. |
