| Abstract [eng] |
In order to help residents welfare states can apply family and housing politics. Lithuania has developed support programme for young families to aid them in buying property, which enables them to have residential property sooner. Research done on this subject doesn‘t analyse conditions of incentives or lack of information provided. State currently offers two types of support: mortgage partially funded by state and financial support for young families buying property. |
