In order to stay competitive in today's business environment, it is necessary to follow the new innovative ideas and apply them in the ongoing activities. The application of management accounting in companies ensures the provision of more accurate and complete information to managers and other stakeholders. The ever-evolving IT market is constantly offering new systems to improve operational efficiency, and one such system is robotic automation processes. As management accounting is currently considered to be a rather complex and unclear system, the application of robotic automation processes provides an opportunity to eliminate those negative aspects and take advantage of the opportunities offered by management accounting methods. |
