Abstract [eng] Globalization and digitization of business processes presupposes the formation of tensions due to conflicting goals of the organization. The pursuit of operational efficiency and restoration and development of human resources promotes research into sustainable human resource management by identifying the interactions between the use of digital technologies in work processes and socio-psychological experiences. Organizations often ignores the fact that digitization completely changes the nature of work, the way tasks are performed, and increases the need for continuous learning and knowledge acquisition. Nevertheless, companies are increasingly investing in process digitization, which is changing not only the work but also the communication and collaboration habits of employees. The real benefits and impact of digital technologies can be identified by monitoring consumers' behavior when using them and assessing their socio-psychological experiences. The advent of digital technologies has drastically changed the way we work and the habits of employees. The use and implementation of digital technologies interacts not only with work processes or organizational culture, but also with the socio-psychological experiences of employees, such as status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness and fairness. Digital technologies are also rapidly penetrating human resource management, dramatically changing the decision-making process and bringing innovation to human resource management practices. Object of research. Interaction between the use of digital technologies in work processes and employee socio-psychological experiences. Aim of the work: to investigate the interaction between the experiences of socio-psychological workers and the use of digital technologies in work processes. Purpose and objectives regarding the work: 1. To define the concept of socio-psychological experiences; 2. To develop a model of the interaction between the socio-psychological experiences and the use of digital technologies in work processes; 3. To study the socio-psychological experiences of an employee caused by the use of digital technologies in work processes. Research results. Summarizing the analysis of scientific literature and based on the results of empirical qualitative research, it can be stated that the use of digital technologies in work processes and employees' socio-psychological experiences such as Status, Certainty, Autonomy and Relatedness are more likely to interact negatively. Employees are worried about the difficulties caused by digital technologies, the complexity of tasks, displaying a bad image in front of colleagues and losing their jobs They are dissatisfied that the difficulties cause them to solve problems with others and provoke tension and stress among colleagues. However, the study found that the use of digital technologies and Fairness were more likely to interact positively. Computer programs or other equipment helped to solve certain tasks and distribute work. Employees could more easily manage production processes and thus control the current situation.
