Abstract [eng] |
The final master's project analyzes methods for monitoring concrete in the early stages of concrete hardening, the influence of various materials and conditions on concrete during the 28 day hardening period, overview of formwork systems for monolithic slabs and their effective selection considering different economic and structural conditions. In the research section, three different grades of concrete (C20/25, C25/30 and C30/37) from three different concrete suppliers were tested in the laboratory in order to construct concrete cure kinetic prediction curves adapted for real-time monitoring of monolithic concrete slabs. In parallel, laboratory tests were carried out on site as well, using the SmartRock ™ Concrete app and Giatec SmartRock2 ™ thermocouples. The results obtained in the laboratory and on the construction site were compared and applied to a selected object located in Vilnius, a residential apartments building, the main building elements of monolithic concrete structures. |
