In the Master thesis, the organizational change are studied as a field of public sector change, highlighting the role of cultural education institutions as a social welfare network. As new technologies and digital communications develop rapidly, it changes societies, their lifestyles, and patterns of consumption, therefore it is very important to empower cultural education institutions to initiate the changes needed to provide services that meet society's needs and interests. It has been noticed a lack of deeper theoretical structuring to conceptualize the field of initiation of change in cultural education institutions operating in Lithuania. |
