Abstract [eng] |
This final master degree project analyzes engineering systems of apartment building, their working modes and solutions to increase system efficiency. During the project, there was carried out heat cost analysis using the degree-days method and a quantitative opinion survey of the building's engineering systems and microclimate in the apartments. During heating season time in building boiler room there were executed measurements of heating water and flow. In addition, measurements of indoor air temperature and relative humidity were made in selected flats. An analysis of the apartment building‘s hot water consumption from the data collected during the last two years was carried out. Also this final project describes solutions for heating and hot water systems that could increase their efficiency and estimates with payback time for these systems. |
