Abstract [eng] |
As part of the activities of today's business organizations are increasingly follows the guidelines of corporate social responsibility to become socially responsible business in an effort to meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Nowadays, companies value companies not only in terms of the quality of services and products they provide, but also in terms of their contribution to public welfare (Lin, 2010). For these reasons, organizations are incorporating social responsibility into their business activities in order to stay on the global market and meet public expectations. Such socially responsible behavior strengthens the competitiveness of companies and gives them an advantage in domestic and foreign markets. While good relationships with all stakeholders are equally important, employees in particular play a crucial role in CSR. |
