In this project was analyzed aerodynamic elements influence to vehicle dynamic properties. In order to analyze the aerodynamic forces impact on vehicle braking and turning dynamics.To achieve this goal, I needed to create MBW E46 Coupe 3D model in CAD software. Then, with CFD software I analyzed stock vehicle and updated vehicle with various aerodynamic elements. Aerodynamic forces results were compared, and researched what impact aerodynamic elements have on vehicle braking distance and lateral acceleration. |
