Abstract [eng] The Master's final degree project presents the original, mass customised collection of bodysuits of a simple design, including the decoration solutions made using adhesive bonding. The literature review has been carried out, revealing the weaknesses of sewing technology and advantages of the adhesive technology. The essence of textiles adhesive bonding is explained, as well as its technological parameters and the types of adhesive materials used. The influence of main factors influencing the quality of adhesive bonds is discussed. The aim of the Master's final degree project is to design an original collection of bodysuits of a simple design, the specific garments model characteristics of which are developed by applying both different materials for decoration elements and the technological devices for adhesive bonding. The Project also aims at suggesting the sales strategy of the fashion collection, focusing on the added value of the mass customised fashion collection to a customer. To achieve the aim, the following tasks are employed: to design an original fashion collection of bodysuits of a simple design, comprising of five models; to choose the knitted material of high quality, which is suitable for the manufacture of bodysuits; to choose the decoration materials of bodysuits; to evaluate the influence of the direction of the decoration material in the adhesive bond on the peeling strength of the adhesive bonds; to compare the quality of the adhesive bonds of the knitted fabric and the decoration material of a bodysuit bonded applying an industrial pressing device and a home iron; to suggest the sales strategy of the collection of bodysuits. The research objects and methodology has been chosen. According to this methodology, the research has been carried out, the results of which have shown that the adhesive bonds laminated applying a home iron feature higher values of peeling strength for all tested lengthwise decoration materials; their quality is also better compared to the adhesive bonds laminated applying an industrial pressing device. While the adhesive bonds of the decoration materials with a transverse direction (A2) are stronger when laminated applying an industrial pressing device; the quality of the adhesive bonds of the decoration materials with a transverse direction (A1 and Ž1) are of the higher quality when a home iron is applied. A new sales strategy of the collection of bodysuits has been suggested, providing a customer with the opportunity to purchase the main garment and the decoration elements that can be attached to the garment individually, applying the adhesive technology at home, thus designing an original garment. The results of the peeling strength testing have confirmed that the adhesive bonds with the decoration elements laminated applying a home iron are sufficiently strong and their quality is satisfactory.
