The final thesis explores loss of low-potential waste heat in the production and energy systems of the chosen food industry factory UAB „Plungės kooperatinė prekyba“. The aim is to explore the potential points of use and to choose the appropriate technologies to recover heat as efficiently as possible. The new system is designed taking into account the fluids used in the work processes and their state, possible additional foreign materials, the course of work processes and their order. The data of waste heat sources analysis and heat absorption solutions are presented. Depending on the decisions made, the operating parameters of the system, the complexity of installation and payback time might change. The project of the system for the utilization of waste heat sources shows that the system would benefit the company. In this context, conclusions and suggestions are provided. |
