The final master's thesis introduces the process of the digital printing process, the analysis of the quality of the press on the recycled paper. The research section reviews similar scientific literature and researches also explaining how the change in printer parameters affects print quality when printing on offset (recycled) paper. The technological planning section discusses the printing processes required to produce 10 different polygraphic product positions. The scheme of the technological process is compiled, the consumption of raw materials is calculated, the time norms for the job positions are worked out, the required number of employees and equipment is clarified and the space of production area of the company is theoretically calculated. In the work safety part, the main risk factors that could harm the health of workers and the proposed preventive measures to avoid hazards are analyzed. The environmental performance of the company has been evaluated according to the use of environmentally friendly materials and paper waste recycling. The company's economic calculations were carried out in order to justify the profitability of the company‘s work – determining costs, product costs and prices. The conclusions of the final project summarize the results and suggestions are proposed. |
