Abstract [eng] This work is a description of oxygen and air gas mixture supply and oxygen concentration system development process. Firstly a sensor type is chosen for the specific measurement conditions. A Hot Wire type sensor was chosen which has its hot wire replaced by a negative temperature coefficient thermistor. This change allows for a simpler control schematic and easier measurements. The developed sensors mathematical model was made using Matlab/Simulink program package. The produced model was later verified using a prototype made according to the mathematical model. When the verification of the mathematical model was done the calibration experiments can be started. After successful Maf sensor calibration the sensor can be integrated into a sensor system which can measure oxygen and air gas flows and oxygen concentration. Experiments made using this system revealed that different composition gasses effect the Maf sensor differently under same flow conditions.
